About the Challenge
Get The Facts!
For the majority of people who do not smoke, maintaining a healthy weight by eating a healthy diet and being physically active, are the most important ways to improve your health and reduce your risk of chronic diseases such as cancer, diabetes, and heart disease. As a matter of fact, these diseases are largely preventable through healthy lifestyle choices. And that’s good news. You can take lifestyle steps each and every day that could reduce your risk of cancer, diabetes, and heart disease – help you feel better, look better, and have the energy you need.
The American Cancer Society created this challenge to encourage you to take steps to stay well from cancer. This site allows you to:
- Keep an online food journal. Recording things in the site will give you insight into not only what and how much you consume but also can help you uncover why, what, and when you are eating.
- Set goals for reaching and maintaining a healthy weight, for eating healthy, and for being physically active.
- Access tools and resources that help you maintain a healthy life.

After you have registered you will be able to set goals and track your progress on a personal dashboard.
